PROTRON
PROTRON is a compact and intelligent measuring unit. In a desktop enclosure you find the measuring electronic for 4 inductive transducers, as well as a microcontroller with program and data memory and two USB interfaces.
Read out and input device is a 5,7" touch screen. The unit is designed to build 4 characteristics out of 4 transducers. The inputs are combined in a very easy usable programming screen. The measuring results are displayed life in a bargraph screen or in a listing of stored data, also as a quality control chart and as a histogram.
Programming the check routine and configuration of the unit are done with a Windows software on your PC or at the touch screen of the unit. To transfer the check routines and to transfer measuring data from the unit there is a USB interface provided to read and write to an external memory (stick).
The backside of the unit is holding the connectors for inductive transducers or DC sensing devices as well as the power connector and the connector for hand-/footswitch. To signalise measuring results there are totally 8 inputs / 8 outputs in optically isolated 24V/DC logic provided.

MEASURING SCREEN
The result of every single measurement is as a bargraph displayed. The values are taken same time or one after the other. Either statically or dynamically measuring is possible. Below the bargraphs there are digital read outs displayed. The bottom end of the screen provides softkeys to control all functions of the unit.

QUALITY CONTROL CHART
In the quality control chart the mean values of the last 15 samples are displayed. In addition the histogram shows the distribution of all stored measuring values. With the softkeys you may scroll the data and switch between characteristics.

DISPLAY TABLE
Every measuring value is stored with date and time in the memory of the unit. The data can be displayed in a table. With the softkeys you may scroll the data and switch between characteristics.

PROGRAMMING
In a very simple screen (password protected) the calculation of every characteristic is edited. In addition the nominal value, tolerances, warning limits and control limits, as well as the master values are set. With the soft keys you may switch between input fields and between the characteristics.
