Check Routine Planning
The software planning module is used for the creation of check routines which allow data collection at the measuring station. All check routines are handled in a data base.
The structure of working designations and check steps is self explaining and provides easy access to all characteristics. Beside all necessary parameters i.e. nominal value, tolerances and master values there are additional pages to add
control limits for statistical process control as well as all necessary parameters for automatic (closed loop) or manual correction of a machine tool.
The system is designed very flexible, so adjustment to various company standards and customer requirements is possible.
